Genellikle birkaç iş günü içinde yanıt veririz. Oyunda Ayarlar penceresinin en altındaki Destek ve iletişim bağlantısı da bu sayfayı açar.
Bir hatayı nasıl bildiririm?
Sorunu hızlı çözebilmemiz için e-postana şunları ekle:
- telefonunun markası ve modeli;
- Android sürümü (genellikle telefonunun Ayarlar > Telefon hakkında bölümünde yazar);
- oyunun sürümü (oyunda Ayarlar penceresinin en altında yazar, ör. "Clickaven: City v1.0.0");
- sorunun ne zaman ve ne yaparken çıktığı;
- varsa bir ekran görüntüsü.
Ayarlar nerede?
Ana menüde AYARLAR düğmesine dokun. Oyun sırasında sağ üst köşedeki dişli düğmesine, sonra AYARLAR'a dokun.
İlerlemem kayboldu ya da telefonumu değiştiriyorum
İlerlemen telefonunda saklanır; oyunun hesabı ya da bulut kaydı yoktur, bu yüzden bizde kaydının bir kopyası bulunmaz. Oyun her açılışta kaydını denetler; kayıt bozulmuşsa son sağlam kopyadan açılır.
Telefonunun Google yedeklemesi açıksa Android oyunun verisini telefonunun yedeğine katabilir ve oyunu aynı Google hesabıyla yeni bir telefona kurduğunda geri getirebilir. Bu, Android'in kendi özelliğidir; biz göremeyiz ve garanti edemeyiz. Android bu yedeği en çok günde bir kez, genellikle telefon şarjdayken ve Wi-Fi'ye bağlıyken aldığı için son ilerlemen yedekte olmayabilir. Yedek yoksa oyunu sildiğinde şehrin geri gelmez ve yeni telefona taşınmaz. KAYDI SIFIRLA ile silinen ilerleme geri getirilemez.
Baştan nasıl başlarım?
Ayarlar > KAYDI SIFIRLA > SİL. Şehrin, paran, yıldızların ve başarımların silinir; bu işlem geri alınamaz. Dil, ses ve diğer ayarların olduğu gibi kalır.
Bildirimler
Bildirimler kapalı başlar; ilk Şehir Sandığını açtıktan sonra oyun bir kez sorar. İstediğin zaman Ayarlar > Bildirimler'den açıp kapatabilirsin. Android 13 ve sonrasında telefon da bir kez izin ister. İzni telefonda kapattıysan, Ayarlar'da bildirimleri açtığında oyun telefonunun bildirim ayarlarını açmayı önerir; izni telefonunun Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > Clickaven: City > Bildirimler bölümünden de verebilirsin. Oyun günde en çok 3 hatırlatma gönderir ve telefonunun saatine göre 22:00 ile 09:00 arasında sessiz kalır.
Dili nasıl değiştiririm?
Ana menüdeki dünya simgeli düğmeye ya da Ayarlar'daki Dil / Language satırına dokun. Oyun 10 dilde oynanabilir.
Reklamlar ne zaman çıkıyor?
Ödüllü reklamları sen seçersin ("2 KAT AL", sandığı hemen açmak). Tam ekran reklam yalnızca şehrin yeni bir unvana ulaştığı kutlamadan sonra, İlçe unvanından itibaren ve en çok 10 dakikada bir çıkar; ödüllü bir reklam izledikten sonraki 2 dakika içinde de çıkmaz. İnternet yoksa reklam çıkmaz, oyun yine oynanır.
Ödüllü reklam gelmiyor
Reklam için internet gerekir. Reklam yüklenirken "2 KAT AL" düğmesi soluk görünür, reklam hazır olunca canlanır. Bağlantı yoksa ya da o an gösterilecek reklam yoksa düğme hiç görünmez; biraz sonra yeniden dene. VPN, reklam engelleyici ya da özel DNS kullanıyorsan reklamlar yüklenmeyebilir. Ödül, reklam sonuna kadar izlenince verilir. Sandığı reklamla hemen açma hakkın günde 2'dir; bu hakkın varken sandığın köşesinde küçük mor bir reklam işareti görünür.
Reklam iznimi nasıl değiştiririm?
Ayarlar > GİZLİLİK düğmesine dokun:
- Avrupa'da (Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre) ve bu seçeneğin sunulduğu ABD eyaletlerinde Google'ın izin penceresi açılır; pencere açılamazsa onun yerine gizlilik politikası açılır;
- Türkiye'de oyunun reklam tercihi penceresi açılır: reklamların ilgi alanlarına göre seçilmesine izin verebilir ya da vermeyebilirsin; pencere o anki tercihini de gösterir;
- başka yerlerde bu sitedeki gizlilik politikası açılır.
Her yerde reklam kimliğini telefonunun Ayarlar > Gizlilik > Reklamlar (bazı telefonlarda Ayarlar > Google > Reklamlar) bölümünden sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin. Hangi verilerin toplandığını Gizlilik Politikası anlatır.
Verilerimi nasıl silerim?
Oyunun verilerini nasıl sileceğin Gizlilik Politikası'nda yazıyor. Sunucumuz olmadığı için bizde senin hakkında bir oyun kaydı yoktur. Yardıma ihtiyacın olursa bize yaz.

How do I report a bug?
To help us solve the problem quickly, include the following in your email:
- your phone's brand and model;
- your Android version (usually shown under your phone's Settings > About phone);
- the game version (shown at the bottom of the game's Settings window, for example "Clickaven: City v1.0.0");
- when the problem happened and what you were doing;
- a screenshot, if you can.
Where are the settings?
In the main menu, tap the SETTINGS button. During play, tap the gear button in the top right corner, then SETTINGS.
My progress is gone, or I'm changing phones
Your progress is saved on your phone; the game has no account or cloud save, so we don't have a copy of your save. The game checks your save every time it starts; if the save is damaged, it opens from the last good copy.
If your phone's Google backup is on, Android may include the game's data in your phone's backup and bring it back when you install the game on a new phone with the same Google account. This is an Android feature; we can't see it or guarantee it. Android makes this backup at most once a day, usually while the phone is charging and on Wi-Fi, so your latest progress may not be in it. Without a backup, your city does not come back after you uninstall the game and does not move to a new phone. Progress deleted with RESET SAVE cannot be brought back.
How do I start over?
Settings > RESET SAVE > DELETE. Your city, money, stars and achievements are deleted; this cannot be undone. Your language, sound and other settings stay as they are.
Notifications
Notifications start off; after you open your first City Chest, the game asks once. You can turn them on or off at any time under Settings > Notifications. On Android 13 and later, your phone also asks for permission once. If you have blocked the permission on your phone, the game offers to open your phone's notification settings when you turn notifications on in Settings; you can also allow them under your phone's Settings > Apps > Clickaven: City > Notifications. The game sends at most 3 reminders a day and stays quiet between 10 pm and 9 am by your phone's clock.
How do I change the language?
Tap the globe button in the main menu, or the Language / Dil row in Settings. The game can be played in 10 languages.
When do ads appear?
You choose the rewarded ads yourself ("GET 2×", opening a chest right away). A full-screen ad appears only after the celebration when your city reaches a new rank, from Borough rank on, and at most once every 10 minutes; it also doesn't appear within 2 minutes after you watch a rewarded ad. Without internet there are no ads, and the game still plays.
Rewarded ads don't load
Ads need an internet connection. While an ad is loading, the "GET 2×" button looks faded; it comes alive when the ad is ready. If there is no connection or no ad to show at the moment, the button doesn't appear at all; try again a little later. If you use a VPN, an ad blocker or a private DNS, ads may not load. You get the reward when you watch the ad to the end. You can open the chest right away with an ad 2 times a day; while you can, a small purple ad badge appears on the corner of the chest.
How do I change my ad consent?
Tap the Settings > PRIVACY button:
- in Europe (European Economic Area, UK, Switzerland) and in US states where this option is offered, Google's consent form opens; if the form can't open, the privacy policy opens instead;
- in Türkiye, the game's ad preference window opens: you can allow or not allow ads to be chosen based on your interests; the window also shows your current choice;
- elsewhere, the privacy policy on this site opens.
Everywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID under your phone's Settings > Privacy > Ads (on some phones Settings > Google > Ads). The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected.
How do I delete my data?
How to delete the game's data is explained in the Privacy Policy. We run no servers, so we hold no game record about you. If you need help, write to us.
