My purchase didn't arrive
Close and reopen the game; unfinished purchases are retried on launch. If it still hasn't arrived, write to us with the receipt from Google Play or the App Store.
I reinstalled the game. Where are my purchases?
On Android the no-ads pack comes back automatically. On iPhone, tap RESTORE PURCHASES in the coin window. Progress and coins are stored only on your phone, so they can't be recovered after uninstalling.
